Praktische Informatie Residence Noordstaete

Your Vacation at Residence Noordstaete is About to Begin.To make your trip as enjoyable as possible, we recommend preparing in advance and carefully reviewing your arrival email.

Before Departure

If you wish to make changes to your booking before arrival, please check the reservation conditions in your confirmation. If you booked via Booking.com or Airbnb, you can only modify or cancel your reservation through your agent.

Payment


All our accommodations must be paid in advance via the online link in your confirmation. If you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb, payments are processed through their platform. Don’t forget to provide your email address during booking to receive the access codes for your apartment or house.

During Your Stay


We hope you had a good trip to Residence Noordstaete. Your apartment is available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the property by 10:30 AM.

How Check-in Works:
  • 4 days before arrival, you will receive your arrival email.
  • 24 hours before arrival, click the link in this email to see your apartment number and access code.
  • On the day of arrival, you can enter your apartment from 3:00 PM using the access code. Always enter * first, followed by your four-digit code, and then #.
  • This code is valid for your entire stay (until check-out time).
  • Inside the apartment, you will find further information about the property and how to download the key app.

If you booked via Booking.com or Airbnb, please check your personal email for these messages.

Arrival at Your Apartment


We do our best to prepare your arrival as smoothly as possible, but if you have any questions or comments, let us know immediately. We are happy to resolve issues right away so you can start your vacation stress-free.

Of course, we love positive reviews and hope you leave one 😊. Complaints reported after departure cannot be processed.

Bed Linen and Towels


Your apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small towel). In the kitchen, you will find a starter kit for your first day.

After Your Stay


We hope you enjoyed your vacation with Groenendijk Verhuur. Within a few days, you will receive an email asking for a review and any suggestions for improvements to the property. We hope you take the time to respond and thank you for your effort. You can always email or message us, and we’d love to see your holiday photos. Each year, we award a weekend getaway to the best review with a photo! The winner is announced around Christmas in our newsletter. Don’t forget to subscribe so you won’t miss it!
