In your booking confirmation, you will see a blue link at the bottom of the e-mail. This link will take you to the online guest area of your booking. Here you can also make your payment.

Yes, via the unique payment link you can pay securely and online via iDeal, Bancontact, Belfius, Apple Pay or choose to make a manual transfer to our bank.

The tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night in 2023/2024.
Check in information
You can check in with us from 15:00 using the digital key. Please check your arrival e-mail carefully for the correct check-in information per accommodation.
You will receive a detailed arrival e-mail 4 days before arrival with all the information about your arrival day. More than 24 hours beforehand, you can click on the blue link in your arrival e-mail. You will be taken to your Recranet guest area. At the bottom you will find the access code for your property. PLEASE NOTE: this code is valid from 15 hours until departure.
With the digital code, you can check in from 15:00 to 23:00, however, we do ask you to consider the other guests in the property when you arrive late.
If the property is available, you can book an early check-in up to 24 hours in advance. Ask Groenendijk Rentals about the possibilities and prices.

You can check out with us until 10am.
You can leave the car in our private car park until noon at the latest.

To keep cleaning costs as low as possible for you as our guest, we kindly ask you to leave the property as follows:
- Collect beds and put linen in the corresponding laundry bags
- Collect towels and put them in the laundry bags
- Take waste to the container
- Unload the dishwasher
- Clean fireplace after use
- Close windows and doors
- Heating on low

You can leave the property whenever you want, we would kindly ask you to leave the property closed and send us a short message.
My holiday in Zeeland
In the description of the property on our website, under facilities, you can see whether there is a high chair in the property. If this is not the case, you can book it for €10 per stay.

Unfortunately, our properties do not have parasols.
no, our properties do not have a BBQ. We offer a BBQ package including BBQ, charcoal and firelighters!
In the arrival e-mail you receive 4 days before arrival, there is detailed information about parking at your property. Please note: Permit zones.
If the property has enclosed bicycle storage, it is listed under facilities on our website.
Yes, you can reserve a city bike and/or an e-bike when booking. We will make sure they are ready for you at the property.

If you have booked directly with us, you can cancel the booking yourself online in your guest area or send an e-mail to Groenendijk Verhuur.
You can only cancel these bookings via AIRBNB or Booking.com, we cannot assist you with this.
