Check in information
You have arrived at your accommodation thinking you have not received the key code:
- FFour days before arrival, you will receive an email with the subject line ‘Your trip to Groenendijk’
- This email will contain the address of your accommodation.
- At the bottom of the email is a blue link; clicking on this will take you to your personal guest portal.
- Under ‘Access code’, you will find the apartment or room number along with the access code.
- You will also receive an email with your access code on the day of arrival.
- Enter the code at the entrance door of the building/property or the apartment/room door.
- If the lock is wet from the rain, you may need to wipe it clean before the code works.
- The code will work for the duration of your stay; you can also download the app and use your phone to open the doors.
- In the app, you must enter your booking number and your access code; you can then use your phone to open the door. Please note: in the apartment complexes, the phone does not work on the keypad.

Have you booked via Booking.com?
Of course you too have received the code, only because of the many emails from Booking.com it is a little harder to find. Don't panic, we will help you.
- Go to your personal e-mail (also check your spam)
- Four days before your arrival, you will have received an e-mail from Booking.com with the title "Your trip to Groenendijk".
- If you open the this email, you will find a blue link at the bottom of the email. (Please note; in the Booking.com app or chat this link does not work, this only works from your own email)
- Click on the blue link at the bottom of the email, your guest environment will open.
- Under access code, you will find the flat or room number with the access code.
- Enter the code on the access door of the property or apartment/room door.
- PLEASE NOTE: this is not your booking.com PIN or your reservation number. The code always starts with * four digits #
- If the lock is wet from rain, you may have to wipe it clean before the code works.
- The code will work throughout your stay, you can also download the app and use your phone to open the doors.
