Practical information

Your vacation to Zeeland is about to begin. To make your trip as pleasant as possible, we recommend that you prepare well in advance and go through your arrival email carefully.

Before departure

  • Did you know that booking direct is always the cheapest? 
  • Subscribe to our newsletter and always be aware of our offers and promotions.

Do you want to make changes to your booking before arrival? Check the booking conditions in your confirmation in advance. If you booked through or Airbnb, unfortunately you can only change or cancel your reservation through your agent.

For a group request, please contact at all times.


All our accommodations must be paid in advance via the online link in your confirmation. If you have booked through you will find the link in your own email. Should this not work, we kindly ask you to leave your email address with us, so that we can still email you the link. We are forced to cancel bookings that are not paid for by the deadline.


Outside our high season we are flexible with changing your reservation. Of course we will look for an alternative per booking.

During your vacation

We hope you had a good trip to Zeeland. You are welcome in the house from 15 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the house before 10 am. In your arrival mail you will find more information on how to properly leave the accommodation.

How does the check-in process work?

  • 4 days before arrival you will receive the arrival email 
  • 24 hours before arrival you can click on the link in this email and you will see the access code to your property. 
  • On the day of arrival you can open the property from 3 pm with this access code; please always use a * at the beginning, then your four-digit code and then a #. This code is valid for your entire stay (until check-out time). 
  • There is also an explanation in the property on how to download the app. 

Did you book through or Airbnb? If so, please check the emails in your own email.

Arrival home

We do everything we can to prepare your arrival as well as possible, but if you have any questions or comments please let us know immediately! We like to solve it immediately so you can start your vacation carefree.

Of course, positive reviews make us happy and we hope you will leave one for us 😊. Complaints reported after departure we will not take into consideration.

Bed linen and towels

In the house you will find bed linen for the specified number of persons, also towels are provided. In the kitchen you will find a starter kit for the first day.

At all our homes there is at least 1 parking space for free and up to 2 parking spaces. Look for more information in your arrival email or on our website.

Parking your bicycle

Many of our homes have a closed bicycle shed in the garden. You will find the key in the kitchen of your home on a wooden block.

Upon returning home

Of course we hope that you enjoyed your holiday at Groenendijk Rentals. Within a few days you will receive an email with the request for a review and any points for improvement to the property. We also hope that you will take the time to answer them and thank you for the effort. Of course you can always email or WhatsApp us and of course we also like to see your holiday pictures. Every year we will give a weekend away to the best review with photo! The winner will be announced in our newsletter around Christmas. Don't forget to register, so you don't have to miss us for too long!
