Your holiday at Residence Zierikzee is about to begin. To make your trip as pleasant as possible, we recommend that you prepare well in advance and carefully read your arrival email.

Do you want to make changes to your booking before arrival? Please check the reservation terms in your confirmation. If you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb, you can unfortunately only modify or cancel your booking via the platform you used.

Payment

All of our accommodations must be paid in advance via the online link in your booking confirmation. If you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb, payments are processed through their platform. Don’t forget to provide your email address when booking to receive the access codes for your apartment or house.

During Your Holiday

We hope you had a pleasant journey to Residence Zierikzee. You are warmly welcome in your apartment or house from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:30 AM.

How does check-in work?

  • 4 days before arrival, you will receive the arrival email.
  • 24 hours before arrival, you will receive an email with your apartment/house number and the digital code for check-in.
  • On the day of arrival, you can open your apartment from 3:00 PM using the access code; make sure to always use a * at the beginning, followed by your four-digit code, and then a #.
  • This code is valid for your entire stay (until check-out time).
  • Inside the accommodation, you will find further information about the property and how to download the key app.
  • The bicycle storage opens with the same code as your apartment/house.
  • Please park in the designated spaces on the parking lot.

Arrival at Your Apartment/House

We do everything we can to prepare your arrival as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know immediately! We are happy to resolve any issues so you can start your holiday stress-free.

Of course, we appreciate positive reviews and hope you leave one for us 😊. Complaints reported after departure can no longer be processed.

After Returning Home

We hope you enjoyed your holiday with Groenendijk Verhuur. Within a few days, you will receive an email asking for a review and any suggestions for improvement regarding the accommodation. We hope you take the time to respond and thank you for your effort.

Of course, you can always contact us by email or WhatsApp. We are also curious to see a nice holiday photo. Each year, we award a weekend getaway to the most fun review with a photo! The winner will be announced around Christmas in our newsletter. Don’t forget to sign up so you won’t miss us for too long!
