Your holiday at Residence Oude Haven is about to begin. To make your trip as pleasant as possible, we recommend preparing well in advance and carefully reading your arrival email.

Do you want to make changes to your booking before arrival? Please check the reservation terms in your confirmation. If you booked via Booking.com or Airbnb, you can unfortunately only modify or cancel your booking through the platform.

Payment

All accommodations must be paid in advance via the online link in your booking confirmation. If you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb, payments are processed through their platform. Don’t forget to provide your email address to receive the access codes for your apartment or house.

During Your Holiday

We hope you had a pleasant journey to Residence Oude Haven. You are warmly welcome in your apartment or house from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:30 AM.

How does check-in work?

  • 4 days before arrival, you will receive the arrival email.
  • 24 hours before arrival, you will receive an email with your apartment/house number and the digital code for check-in.
  • On the day of arrival, you can open your apartment from 3:00 PM using the access code; always use a * at the beginning, then your four-digit code, followed by a #.
  • This code is valid for your entire stay (until check-out time).
  • Inside the apartment, you will find further information about the accommodation and how to download the key app.
  • The bicycle storage opens with the same code as your apartment/house.
  • Please park only in the designated spaces on the parking lot.

Did you book via Booking.com or Airbnb? Then please check the emails in your inbox.

Arrival Apartment/House

We do everything we can to prepare your arrival as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know immediately! We are happy to resolve any issues so you can start your holiday stress-free.

Bed Linen and Towels

Your apartment is supplied with bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small towel). In the kitchen, you will find a starter pack for the first day.

Beach Within Walking Distance

The small beach of Colijnsplaat is just a few minutes’ walk from your accommodation, and the view over the Oosterschelde can be reached after a short walk – ideal for a relaxing day by the water or a quiet walk along the dike.

After Returning Home

We hope you enjoyed your holiday with Groenendijk Verhuur. Within a few days, you will receive an email asking for a review and any suggestions for improvement regarding your apartment or house. We hope you take the time to respond and thank you for your effort.

Of course, you can always contact us via email or WhatsApp. We also love to see a nice holiday photo. Each year, we award a weekend getaway to the best review with a photo! The winner will be announced around Christmas in our newsletter. Don’t forget to sign up so you won’t miss us for too long!
